Mr. Ning Xiaolong graduated from the "Shenyang Liming Technical School" majoring in mechanical processing, a Chinese aircraft industry manufacturing enterprise. He worked in the "606 Research Institute" for aircraft engine research and development and manufacturing before being admitted to the Department of Decoration at Liaoning Industrial Transportation College (now the East Campus of Shenyang Conservatory of Music), where he majored in painting and planning. This educational experience laid a solid foundation for him in "precision manufacturing", "product industrial design", and "marketing". In 2000, Mr. Ning Xiaolong resolutely ventured to Yangzhou to start his own business, becoming the first inventor in China to introduce built-in shading blinds in insulating glass as an indispensable "integrated shading, insulation, energy-saving door and window and transparent glass application field" for green buildings. He was awarded the "Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award", the highest award from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, and is widely recognized as the initiator and leader of the blinds-in-insulating-glass industry. He was also the largest supplier of built-in shading blinds in insulating glass in China before 2020.

The high-reliability manual, electric, and photovoltaic electronically controlled built-in shading blinds for insulating glass, independently developed by Mr. Ning Xiaolong, has successively won numerous provincial and ministerial-level authoritative awards such as the "District Mayor Quality Award", "National Quality Technology Innovation Award", "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress", "Gold Patent Award", "Jinxuan Award", "Polaris Award", "Standardization Technology Innovation Award", and "Jiangsu Excellent Product". The affiliated enterprises have also been awarded titles such as "China's Built-in Shading Blinds for Insulating Glass", "China's Photovoltaic Electronically Controlled Built-in Shading Insulating Glass Industrialization Demonstration Enterprise", "China's Integrity File Enterprise", "Nationwide Quality Leading Brand of Built-in Shading Blinds for Insulating Glass Industry", "Jiangsu Industry Famous Brand", "China's Real Estate 5A Supplier", as well as "Specialized, Precise, Unique, and Innovative Small Giant Enterprise", "Gazelle Enterprise", "Photovoltaic Built-in Blinds for Insulating Glass Engineering Technology Research Center", and "Green Factory" in Jiangsu Province by multiple specialized and authoritative institutions.

Mr. Ning Xiaolong's self-developed built-in shading louver insulating glass products have been successfully implemented in over two thousand real estate and large public construction projects across multiple provinces and cities, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan, and Guangdong. He has established long-term partnerships of over ten years with nearly two-thirds of the "Top 30 Leading Real Estate Developers" nationwide, such as Vanke, Evergrande, China Merchants, Gemdale, China Overseas Land & Investment, Poly Real Estate, Sunac, Binjiang, Greentown, and Jianfa, among other renowned developers.

While the enterprise continues to grow and develop, Mr. Ning Xiaolong has never forgotten his lifelong passion for art. Through relentless efforts, he has become a "Member of the China Artists Association", a "National First-Class Artist", an "Executive Director of the China Folk Art and Crafts Association", a "Member of the China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association", a "Member of the China Traditional Realistic Painting Society", and a "Member of the China Arts and Crafts Association". He has also been appointed as the Vice President of the Beijing Giant Master Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
